Vibration is widely existed in rotating machinery,which can cause negative affect on the operation of rotating machinery.For rotating machinery,the rotor system is the main source of vibration.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the causes of the vibration of the rotor system and how to reduce the vibration,which is of great significance to improve the reliability of the equipment.The main content of this paper is the study on vibration suspension and absorption of permanent magnet variable stiffness mechanism.The specific work is as follows:(1)The analytic expressions of magnetic force and stiffness of the permanent variable stiffness mechanism are deduced,which is based on the fundamental theory of magnetic charge.According to the designed structure,the influence of distance and radial displacement of magnet on magnetic force and stiffness are analyzed.(2)The permanent magnet variable stiffness mechanism and absorber are applied to reduce the vibration of the rotor.Through the simulation,this paper analyzes the influence of magnet spacing and installation position of permanent magnetic variable stiffness mechanism on the natural frequency and vibration amplitude of the rotor.Then,this paper analyzes the influence of spacing,position and mass of absorber on the anti-resonance and vibration of rotor system.(3)The variable stiffness control algorithm is studied and its effect on the acceleration process of rotor system is analyzed.Then,it uses the control algorithm of PID to control the absorber so that the vibration of rotor system can have a decline.(4)The experiment is carried out to verify the effectiveness theory of the permanent variable stiffness and the control algorithm.Firstly,the experiment verifies the frequency-transferring effect of permanent magnetic variable stiffness mechanism and vibration suppression effect of control algorithm on variable speed progress.Then,it verifies the influence of parameters of the absorber and the validity of PID under both fixed and variable speed.
