The Spiral Square Tube Power Transmission Gear Box is an important equipment for producing square paper tube.Transmission gear box is the key part of the transmission system,its stability and reliability are directly related to the processing efficiency and quality of the product.With the production of energy saving,lightweight,easy maintenance and other requirements to improve,It is hoped that the size and quality of the gear can be as small as possible,and the heavy load can be reliably transmitted at the same time.Well,It puts forward higher requirements for the overall design of the gear box.This paper takes Transmission gear box as the object,the driving process and rotating speed load are analyzed under different working conditions.In order to further analyze the force condition of gears,a pair of bevel gear pairs and a pair of spur gears are studied in this paper.The contact analysis is carried out by the finite element method.The stress and strain cloud of the gear and the contact and bending stress distribution are acquired.and compare with the traditional formula,Machine does not appear contact fatigue damage.It can not only verify the reliability of the design,but also provide the reference basis for optimization.According to the analysis results,the design of gear box has a certain redundancy.This paper is based on the lightweight design of gear box as the general goal.And a multi-objective optimization algorithm is applied to the total weight,total contact ratio and the Compact layout.Besides,Basic genetic algorithm and Joint optimization algorithm are used to optimize structure of preform and process conditions.At last,this paper compares two kinds of optimization results to verify the feasibility of the optimization and provide a reference for the optimization design.On the basis of this,the paper analyzes the influence degree of each design variable on the three sub goals.Combining the comprehensive evaluation theory and the radar chart,this paper establishes the quantitative evaluation model of the degree of influence and sorts the results.The analysis shows that the Modules of bevel gears are the most comprehensive influence on the whole optimization,while the tooth width of spur gear is the least.This paper presents the evaluation method,and a reference method is provided for the evaluation and selection of design variables taken from the Multi-objective and multi-variable optimization.
