In recent years,due to the increasingly severe energy crisis and environmental problems,new energy vehicles have been taken more and more attention.Among them,the pure electric vehicle is considered to be the most promising one because of the zero emission.However,the driving range of pure electric vehicles is relatively short due to the battery technology constraints.Under the existing battery technology,the efficiency of the driving motor in the electric vehicle can be increased by using a speed changing device to increase the driving range.Due to the simple mechanical structure,2AMT is very suitable for electric vehicles and can improve the performance of electric vehicles.This thesis mainly includes the following content of the 2AMT control system of the pure electric vehicle:(1)First of all,it is based on the design parameters and performance parameters,which include dynamic performance and economic performance,to match the parameters of the electric vehicle power transmission system,which include driving motor,transmission and power battery.(2)Secondly,the shift strategy of the 2AMT control system was determined,including the shift schedule and the shift process.The shift schedule includes power shift schedule and economy shift schedule.On the basis of the shift schedule,modified shift schedule was designed based on the driving intention of the driver.In the analysis of the shift process,the driving speed of the drive motor was studied to reduce the shift timing.(3)Then,the advisor software was developed to verify the shift strategy.In addition,the transmission system's transmission ratio optimization was also analyzed.By using the Isight software to do the DOE in the range of transmission ratio,the obtained experimental samples were modeled,and then the approximate model was used to replace the 2AMT simulation model of the electric vehicle to do multi-objective optimization.And the optimization result could improve the power and economy of the vehicle.(4)Finally,the hardware part of the 2AMT control system of electric vehicle was designed.Mainly include the control board of the shift control system and the power board of shift motor.In each part,the circuit schematic and PCB were designed.
