With the implementation of the strategy of west to east gas pipeline in our country,more and more gas pipelines and gas stations have been built up.As a kind of high efficient,clean energy device,gas turbine power has received the widespread attention.An important indicator of gas turbine performance is speed.Deep analysis on gas turbine speed controller has great significance.This thesis takes LM2500+SAC/PCL803 type gas turbine as the research object.Mechanism modeling method is used to analyze the basic structure and working principle of gas turbine.Then the mathematical model of gas turbine based on the gas thermodynamic equation and dynamic equation is established.The actual control system is summarize through the analysis of the gas turbine program.After that,the speed controller is simulated in Matlab.The experimental result shows that the use of speed controller in normal circumstances can maintain the rapidity and stability of the gas turbine speeding.But when the working conditions have changed,the overshoot quantitative of gas turbine is bigger,the stable time is longer and the anti-interference is worse than before.For this phenomenon,sliding mode control algorithm based on PID reaching law is proposed to optimize the speed controller.This method,which has quick response performance and stronger anti-interference performance,can avoided the effects of parameter variation.Finally,the new speed controller is simulated in Matlab/Simulink software,and the simulation result is evaluated by the track settings,add/reduce dynamic response,disturbance resistance and the parameters changing of controlled object.According to these evaluation,using sliding mode control algorithm to design the speed controller for gas turbine can quickly follow the change of the setpionts,and it's not sensitive to external disturbances.In a word,it proves that the new speed controller can adapt to a wide range of working conditions.
