Design And Research Of Desktop Coin Packer

As the main currency in circulation,coins are an indispensable part of a country’s financial system.Compared with paper money,it has the advantages of uniform specifications and not easy to wear and tear.With the continuous development of the times,coins are widely used in public transport,retail and other industries.However,a large number of coin collation work seriously hampered the circulation of coins.In daily life,the manual packing of coins is cumbersome and heavy,inefficient and slow,which causes a great waste of human and material resources.At present,some scholars and scientific research institutes have designed some coin packaging institutions according to the characteristics of coins,but these institutions are relatively complex,bulky,not comprehensive enough to be widely used,low production efficiency,time-consuming and labor-consuming,high error rate and other problems,which do not meet the high efficiency of modern production.Therefore,this paper studies the automatic coin packaging equipment technology program.Based on the analysis of the principle of advanced coin packaging equipment at home and abroad,the design and research of coin packaging machine which can be automatically packed are carried out according to the domestic user’s use environment and requirements.A coin packaging machine is designed,which can pack a certain number of coins automatically,so as to solve the work and life in a convenient,practical and efficient way.Finishing and packaging of coins.The design and research contents include mechanical system and control system.The mechanical system is mainly composed of centrifugal chuck,conveyor,segmented coin collector and compaction device.The control system of coin packaging machine is realized by PLC,and the counting,stacking and packing of coins are completed.The main contents of the thesis are:1.The overall design of coin packaging machine,according to the use requirements of today’s society,designs a desktop lightweight machine,which can accurately count,quickly stack and pack coins;2.The mechanical system design of coin packing machine mainly includes the design of centrifugal throwing barrel,conveying device,segmented coin collecting barrel and compacting device;3.The control system of coin packaging machine is designed and analyzed,and the control requirements are obtained through the action flow.Based on this,the control program of PLC is designed;4.Finite element analysis of the main mechanical parts of coin packaging machine was carried out.The theoretical analysis was verified by the analysis of the rotary-coin coupling system and the dynamic simulation system of the compaction device.
