| Urban planning and construction is a complex system engineering.The drainage project which established in the early stage of urbanization led to unreasonable of the construction planning due to the failure of the urban construction concept.In addition,problems such as blockage of sludge and artificial culverts are likely to occur in the operation process of drainage network.When it encounters extreme weather such as heavy rain,the drainage network is overloaded which causing traffic jams,power interruptions and flooding of houses and other disasters;as well as resulting in a large amount of human,material,and financial losses.Therefore,monitoring and warning of urban stagnant water has become an important way to guarantee the normal life of the people.In order to solve the stagnant water problem of urban road,this paper firstly bases on the basic database and monitoring equipment of urban underground pipe network,combined with communication technology,network technology,GIS technology and visualization technology,as well as real-time collecting network operation status data,displaying and making statistical analysis to realize the water monitoring function of urban road.Then combined with GIS data of underground pipe network and regional topographic data to construct the urban water accumulation analysis model.So that it can provide data support and theoretical basis for improving the reliability and safety of urban pipe network operation,identifying structure bottlenecks,optimizing network operation,warning potential accidents,guiding subsequent pipe network construction and emergency response and so on. |
