Research On Parking Problem And Planning In Urban Center District

In recent years,along with the rapid development of China's urban social economy,the automobile industry has also developed rapidly.Small cars have started to enter the urban tens of millions of households,and the number of urban cars has grown rapidly,which has also led to increasing traffic pressure in the city.As a major part of the urban transportation system,parking has become a prominent problem in the city's "difficult parking" problem.As the central area of the entire city,the parking problem is even more serious.If you do not carry out in-depth exploration and research on the existing parking problem in the urban center area,then the urban traffic will be further deteriorated,and even the city transportation system may be paralyzed.This article starts with an analysis of the traffic characteristics of the central urban area.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current status of parking in the downtown area of Zhongshan,the existing parking problems and their causes in the urban center area are summarized,and a series of parking related The special research carried out analysis and research on the three key issues of parking demand,parking location,and parking provision index,and put forward corresponding solutions,so as to reasonably guide the development of urban parking and ensure the stability of urban dynamic and static traffic.In terms of parking demand,taking Zhongshan City as an example,a parking demand forecasting model based on the current status survey was proposed to predict the future parking needs in Zhongshan City,and it is more intuitive to determine the difficult-to-park areas and provide convenience for future parking planning.In the area of social public parking lots,a public parking lot model based on multi-objective genetic algorithms was proposed.Taking Zhongshan District as an example,a typical community was selected and its future public parking lots were constructed.Based on the geographic characteristics,population density characteristics,and traffic characteristics,based on the existing parking allocation indicators,the revised parking infrastructure indicators have been revised;To develop better cities,propose strategic plans such as regional differentiation,diversification,and parking demand management,and provide a strategy for future parking development in Zhongshan for the development of medium-sized cities.This paper summarizes the parking problems and parking planning in urban central areas both at home and abroad,and provides an effective reference for the study of parking problems and parking planning in urban centers in China.
