The real-time,scientific and accurate evaluation of urban traffic network is the basis for grasping the urban traffic operation status,effectively identifying the traffic status problems,scientifically formulating traffic management decisions and giving full play to the potential of traffic facilities.However,how to determine the evaluation content,how to obtain traffic data,how to construct an evaluation index system,how to select an evaluation model,and how to achieve multi-perspective evaluation of urban traffic network,these issues currently do not have a unified answer,and are the key issues and difficulties that need to be solved in the field of network evaluation of the current urban traffic road.In this thesis,which starts from the practical application needs.There are studied by the related theoretical methods of urban traffic network evaluation,determined the evaluation content,established the evaluation index system,proposed the corresponding evaluation methods,and verified the feasibility of the above-mentioned theoretical methods through application cases.A set of urban traffic network evaluation content,indicators,and method system are suitable for multi-source data is proposed.The main research results of this thesis are embodied in the following aspects:Firstly,Taking the comprehensive,real-time and accurate acquisition of traffic information as the goal,a data acquisition method based on multi-source data is proposed.The data collection method and processing method are studied.Based on this,the establishment of a multi-source database based on GIS platform is proposed to achieve effective data management.Through the use of multi-source data,the efficiency of information collection has been improved,the scope of information collection has been expanded,and the accuracy of information collection has been improved.Secondly,Aimed at actual demand,the evaluation content of urban traffic network was determined.Based on the analysis of the "one overall three-point" goal,the three levels of evaluation content are defined:intersections,road sections,and regional road networks;two aspects:operation and facilities;two dimensions:time dimension and space dimension.Thirdly,For the level of evaluation content,construct micro-level(intersections,road sections),and Messier evaluation(regional road network)indicators of urban traffic network.Through the analysis of traffic flow characteristics at all levels and the principle of selecting indicators,the evaluation indicators of the two levels,meso-level and micro-level,are finally determined,and indicators are quantified and explained.Then,Propose an evaluation method corresponding to the index system.According to the principle of classification criteria,combined with a large number of statistical data,determine the evaluation threshold.For single-indicator evaluation,combined with the GIS platform,according to the classification criteria to determine the level;for comprehensive evaluation,the structural equation model is introduced to the evaluation of urban traffic network,and to improve the subjectivity of the AHP.Lastly,Applying the whole research results to the evaluation of the urban traffic network in Changsha,and applying the research theories to verify the feasibility of the research results of this paper based on the actual situation of the road network in Changsha.And it is useful for government decision-making to obtain the valuable evaluation research conclusions.
