Cable as the main bearing component of cable bearing Bridges,its durability will directly affect the operation safety and service life of the cable bearing Bridges,and because the cable itself large slenderness ratio,relatively small stiffness and low damping characteristics,makes the lasso can produce bigger vibration when be encouraged by the outside world and bending deformation,causing friction are produced by the micro slip between steel wire damage,reduce the safety of the cable service lifeIn this paper,the parallel steel wire of the bridge in the yinboning bridge of iangjiang river in changsha was selected as the research object,and the steel wire with obvious wear and tear was selected as the sample,and the friction damage of the steel wire surface was photographed by industrial microscope and scanning electron microscope,and the characteristics of the friction damage were analyzed and described.After that,the simulation model of contact friction between steel wire is set up with the finite element software ABAQUS,and the mechanical properties of the micro-dynamic friction between steel wires are analyzed.The main work done in this article is shown belowFirstly,The replacement cables will be divided into three sections(close to the cable-stayed bridge tower),middle(free extension)and tail(close to the cable-stayed bridge tower),and the wires of three sections of the cable shall be graded and graded,and the damage situation shall be counted.A sample of ten steel wires having a length of 40 cm was taken in three sections,and a macroscopic observation analysis was conducted on surface friction damage by the industrial microscope.Secondly,Select two distinct steel wires from the wire samples from the head,middle and tail parts,and grind to a length of 5 cm using a grinding wheel grinder.Microscopic observation analysis was conducted on the friction damage of the surface of the specimen steel wire by scanning electron microscope.Thirdly,Steel wire contact friction ABAQUS finite element model is established,according to the analysis of the calculation is obtained under different load,the contact surface,the change of the stress and the distribution law;Analyzed the different coefficient of friction on the contact depth direction and the effect of the stress changes.
