According to China's energy-saving emission reduction policy requirements and the non-renewability of primary energy such as coal,oil,and natural gas,high-energy-consuming enterprises are required to take effective measures to address their energy consumption issues,environmental issues,and ecological issues in order to increase the comprehensive utilization of resources and achieve reductions.In the production and operation processes of chemical industry,metallurgy,and coal,most companies will emit low calorific value gas to air or burn directly,causing waste of resources and environmental pollution.Therefore,it is imperative to study the treatment methods of low calorific value gas and develop new methods,new methods and new approaches for the comprehensive utilization of energy.This project is based on the transformation project of 160t/h CFB coal-fired boiler in China Coal Mengda New Energy Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,which is a project of the company's total volume flow in the chemical production process of 3750 to 7250 Nm3/h.The exhaust gas with a calorific value of 1.273×105KJ/Nm3 is delivered to a 160t/h CFB boiler for coal/gas co-firing.The specific tasks are as follows:(1)Thermal calibration of the CFB boiler with smelting gas(2)Designing exhaust gas combustion system;(3)Designing combustible exhaust gas burners;(4)Designing combustion monitoring,control,and fire protection systems;(5)Mixing and exhausting 160 t/h CFB boilers run debugging test.The 160t/h CFB boiler blended with gas-scavenging retrofit project was relatively satisfactory.After the completion of the transformation and stable operation for a period of time,it was found that the boiler was operating in a good condition,the combustion in the furnace was relatively stable,and the superheated steam temperature was normal.If all blended gas is released,the company can reduce the consumption of raw coal by 3,5078.4 tons per month,in addition to reducing the CO2 emissions by 66,960 tons/year and the dust emissions by 7790.4 tons/year.It can be seen that the transformation of CFB boilers with bleed-off gas can save the company's fuel cost of 10.524 million yuan,improve the utilization of enterprise resources,bring about good environmental benefits,and have excellent social,economic and environmental benefits and significance.
