| As an important part of the central air conditioning system,the cooling effect of cooling tower directly influences the operation performance of the central air-conditioning system.The ventilation mode of the cooling tower has an important influence on the air flow around the cooling tower,and the quality of the indoor air flow in turn affects the operation of the cooling tower.Therefore,it is necessary to simulate and analyze the air flow organization of the indoor cooling tower before the cooling tower equipment is put into operation.This paper analyzes the influence of three ways of air exhaust on the air distribution of the engine room,including the full opening,the side draining and the collecting bellows.In addition,the influence of the two seasons of winter and summer seasons around the obstacles to the external environment of room airflow is also studied.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)Effect of exhaust air mode on air distribution around the air conditioning cooling towers.The air exhaust flow with full open exhaust mode is relatively smooth,the back flow phenomenon at cooling tower inlet is not obvious,but hot wind can’t be rapidly exhausted.The hot and humid air will accumulate in the room and the heat transfer of cooling tower will deteriorate with the growth of the running time.When the side exhaust is applied,there will be a serious backwash and mix up problem.The inlet air temperature of the cooling tower will increase obviously and there will be obvious eddy current phenomenon.The accumulation of hot and humid air in the cooling tower room will cause the cooling tower to not operate safely.The flow around the cooling tower is very smooth when the installation of guide bellow,there is no vortex phenomenon,the hot and humid air at the cooling tower outlet can be discharged outside well through the exhaust bellows.The phenomenon of humid air return is effectively avoided,which prevents heat accumulation in the room of the computer room,and the operation efficiency of the cooling tower is further improved.(2)Numerical simulation of airflow organization in large space of cooling tower machine room.Due to the impact of the south monsoon and east monsoon,the obstacle in the south will have a mirror influence on the exhaust air in the west and east side.The hot air discharged from the west and east will deflect to the west-north and east-north respectively.The eastern barrier will have a greater impact on the east side.The hot air discharged on the west side is slightly biased towards the northwest,while the hot air discharged from the east is blocked by obstacles and cannot be discharged in time.The hot air discharged from the west will be relatively northward with no obstacle,the hot air discharged from the east will be relatively northing,and the north side will remain unchanged.However,through the strong exhaust mode,the cooling tower exhaust can be quickly discharged to the outside,effectively preventing the heat accumulation in the room of the computer room. |
