With the popularity of microelectronic devices,the demand for portable power supplies has increased significantly.Possible candidates for micro energy storage devices are lithium ion batteries and supercapacitors?SC?.Among them,flexible solid supercapacitors?SSC?have long cycle life,high power density,environmental friendliness,safety,flexibility and stability,providing a very promising choice for energy storage applications.Therefore,based on carbon nanotubes?CNT?,graphene oxide?GO?and polyaniline?PANI?,a novel composite film with unique ternary layered alternating structure was designed and synthesized,and PVA/H3PO4 was used.For the gel electrolyte,a film-like SSC was prepared.We also used a traditional spinning process to sew the composite film into a spiral fiber and prepared a fibrous SSC using PVA/H3PO4 as a gel electrolyte.The electrochemical and mechanical properties of these two different forms of supercapacitors also investigated.PANI nanofibers prepared by interfacial polymerization.PANI/GO composites were prepared by mixing with GO.In addition,a continuous large-area CNT film prepared by chemical vapor deposition?CVD?.The PANI/GO/CNT ternary composite film prepared by the roller immersion method.GO and PANI are uniformly dispersed between the CNTs,forming a unique structure in which three-dimensional layers alternate.The presence of CNTs constitutes a three-dimensional conductive network,effectively improving the transport of electrons and electrolyte ions.In addition,the amount of PANI/GO incorporated can changed.When the mass of PANI is 20%,50%and 80%of the total mass of PANI and GO,the specific capacitance of the composite film reaches 301.2 F/g,501.2 F/g,729.3 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g.Film-like SSC was prepared by using 80%-PANI/GO/CNT composite film as electrode material and PVA/H3PO4 as gel electrolyte.At a current density of 0.5 A/g,the mass specific capacitance is 89.5 F/g,and after 5000 cycles,the capacitance retention is approximately 80%.In addition,the flexibility test results show that the film-like SSC can still work stably when folded and bent at 180°for 500 times.The PANI/GO/CNT composite film was cut into strips and woven into PANI/GO/CNT composite spiral fibers by a conventional spinning process.Fibrous SSC was prepared by using 80%-PANI/GO/CNT composite spiral fiber as electrode material and PVA/H3PO4 as gel electrolyte.At a current density of 0.1 A/g,the mass specific capacitance is 71 F/g,and in the 80%deformation state,the specific capacitance is maintained at 98.1%,which still works stably,indicating that it's broad application prospects in the field of wearable electronic devices.
