After implementing the large operation mode,the State Grid Corporation changed the power control center and substation operation management from the traditional management mode to the new integrated control and integrated operation management mode.With the rapid development of the power grid,the scale of the power grid has been continuously expanded,the structure has become increasingly complex,the number of substation construction has increased,and the regulatory business has increased its monitoring business,and the security pressure has been increasing.At present,A provincial power grid has become China’s first provincial AC/DC hybrid transmission grid.It will connect the Northwest Power Grid,North China Power Grid and Central China Power Grid through UHV and UHV lines,and play an important role in power transmission and regional power grid liaison.In the new development situation,in order to adapt to the operational management requirements of the grid under the new operation management mode,the grid can respond quickly in the event of anomalies and accidents,and further improve the dispatcher and monitoring from the professional characteristics of the grid and the actual needs of the work.The staff’s power operation management level and accident emergency response capability,under the regulation and integration integration mode,carried out research and application of power grid accident processing assistant decision-making.The research of this subject is mainly based on the D5000 system of the smart grid dispatching support system platform.According to the characteristics of power dispatching monitoring service,combining the needs of provincial power dispatch production,the principle of automation and intelligence of transmission grid accident disposal decision is based on the principle of “event based”.The framework of the intelligent assistant decision-making system is the design idea.Finally,through online analysis,active prevention and control,and intelligent decision-making,the transformation of the provincial-level integrated power grid regulation operationmanagement from experience management to automatic intelligent analysis management is realized.The decision-making opinions of stratified control of power grid accident disposal were formulated,and the steps and methods of scheduling and disposal at various levels were optimized.The details are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the research situation of domestic and international power grid operation management mode and grid auxiliary decision system.(2)This paper introduces the D5000 technical support system of the basic application platform under the integrated management mode,and compares the definition and characteristics of the integrated management mode with the traditional management mode to provide ideas for the research.(3)Design and research on the accident-assisted decision-making system under the regulation and integration mode.Introduce the research,design ideas and design goals of the auxiliary decision-making system based on the D5000 technology platform.Compare and analyze the data acquisition technology and fault diagnosis analysis technology of key technical problems realized by the system,and select the ideal technical means to realize the system function.(4)Design and develop the auxiliary decision system,and explain the main problems solved.(5)A comprehensive explanation of the design and function implementation of the auxiliary decision-making system,and the system can implement the screenshot description.(6)Summarize the effectiveness of the accident-assisted decision-making system after the application of the operational technology professional,and the direct economic benefits brought to the company.Explain the significant effects of application implementation from both professional and economic aspects.
