Compared with traditional asynchronous and synchronous machine,PMSM has many advantages,such as low simple structure,small size,low power,high efficiency and power density,and strong robustness.Therefore,permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM)has been widely used in industry,transportation,aerospace,military and other fields.However,permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),which is running in complex conditions for a long time is more prone to failure.Bad working environment,such as high temperature and humidity,mechanical vibration,motor acceleration and deceleration,and aging of stator winding coil will cause PMSM failure,which stator inter-turn fault is the most common winding fault.If the inter-turn fault of the PMSM can not be detected in time,it will easily cause more serious faults,even resulting in serious economic losses.Therefore,the research of PMSM fault diagnosis technology is extremely important.The general step of motor fault diagnosis is to collect data of PMSM,then extract and process fault features,finally complete motor fault diagnosis.Specifically,based on the motor vector control system,this paper studies the stator inter-turn fault diagnosis technology of PMSM.The main contents can be divided into the following parts:(1)Study on the basic structure,working principle and mathematical model of the PMSM.(2)The control strategy of PMSM drive system is analyzed in detail.Based on the control block diagram,the simulation model of vector control system is built,Simulate and analyze the simulation results.(3)Study the cause and of stator inter-turn fault of PMSM,and complete the simulation model of stator inter-turn fault of PMSM,Simulate and analyze the simulation results.(4)The basic principle and algorithm of variational mode decomposition(VMD)are deeply studied.To overcome the shortcomings of VMD,particle swarm optimization(PSO)is used to optimize the parameters of VMD,and a fault diagnosis method for PMSM based on VMD is proposed.(5)According to the above content,build a PMSM drive control experimental platform,and complete the hardware and software design of the peripheral control circuit.Based on this experimental platform,the fault diagnosis method for the stator winding tun-to-turn fault is verified.
