Microgrid technology,as a newly emerging technology which is recognized as the most effective use of renewable energy for power generation and can ensure the reliability of power supply,has become an indispensable part of future smart grid construction and operation.With the continuous expansion of the scale of microgrid,microgrid clusters consisting of multiple microgrids have emerged in many regional power grids.The increasingly complex microgrid clusters pose great challenges to the design of their optimization strategies.This paper mainly studies the coordination optimization of microgrid among resource,storage and load and the joint coordination optimization of microgrid cluster.To solve the optimization problem of microgrid clusters,a master-slave game based model for the joint coordination and optimization of microgrid clusters is proposed in this paper.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.the typical structure of microgrid system is summarized,and the mathematical models of photovoltaic power generation system,energy storage system and local load about energy production,consumption and trade in microgrid system are analyzed,and the predictable methods of photovoltaic power generation and local load in microgrid system are briefly described,which lays a technical foundation for subsequent optimization methods.2.A two-stage optimization model of independent microgrid is established.Through the two-stage framework of day-ahead optimization and day-to-day optimization combination,the energy storage scheduling plan and various load control strategies of microgrid are gradually determined.The simulation results show that the two-stage optimization framework has obvious optimization effect on the operation profit and photovoltaic utilization of the independent microgrid.3.A multi-microgrids joint coordination optimization framework based on master-slave game theory is established.In the framework,the master-slave game model of energy trading in multi-microgrids is constructed,and the game model is solved by a two-level optimization solution framework composed of differential evolution algorithm and non-linear programming optimization tools.The simulation results show that the game model significantly improves the operation profit of the multi-microgrids operators and the microgrids,and also improves the utilization rate of photovoltaic.
