| Faced with the formation of manufacturing products,the rise in energy prices and the increase in labor and land costs,the country has followed the global trend of industrial intelligence development,it is proposed in " Made in China 2025" that we will accelerate the transformation of industrial production equipment,coordinate the layout,promote the research and industrialization of intelligent household appliances.Intelligent manufacturing has become one of the important development directions.With the improvement of people’s quality of life,people’s demand for household appliances is getting higher and higher,so the household appliance industry is also facing transformating and upgrading.Research of smart domestic products with practical functions and lower use threshold has become an important direction of the household appliance industry.Enterprises should focu on the overall improvement of quality and core competitiveness.With the changing in the development strategy and direction of household appliance enterprises,a comprehensive and timely assessment of its development performance is required.Designing a performance evaluation system for household appliance companies,it is more conducive to enterprises to enhance value.Based on the theoretical research of Economic Value Added(EVA)and Balanced Scorecard(BSC),combined the current background of intelligent manufacturing,this paper attempts to construct a performance evaluation method of combining EVA and BSC for household appliance enterprises.The M company selected in this paper implements the intelligent development strategy,the design of performance evaluation system can make the company clear the implementation of the strategy and adapt to the development trend of the industry better.The first part of this paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad;The second part starts from the introduction of basic theories of EVA and BSC,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,and points out that the combination of the them has feasibility in performance evaluation.The third part selects M Company,a representative companythat implements intelligent strategy in the household appliance industry,as the case study object,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of performance evaluation of M Company,and finds out the main existing problems.Based on these problems and the actual situation of M Company,the fourth part explains the necessity and feasibility of establishing a performance evaluation system combining EVA and BSC for M Company.Then,guided by the design principles of strategic orientation,flexibility,balance and quantification,the evaluation process of index selection,weight determination and scoring scheme design is carried out.In addition,the overall analysis,dimension analysis and detailed index analysis are carried out on the obtained evaluation results.Finally,it is concluded that M Company’s performance evaluation results are relatively good.M Company performs well in financial and internal processes,but lacks in customers and learning and growth.Company M should maintain its current good financial performance and make positive improvements in light of low customer satisfaction and low proportion of highly educated personnel,so that enterprises have stronger competitiveness and better development capabilities.In the fifth part,the advantages of EVA and BSC combined performance evaluation system are obtained from the above evaluation process.At the same time,this performance evaluation system can also be used as a reference for other household appliance enterprises.In the use of research methods,in the fourth part,AHP is used to determine the index weight of the performance evaluation system combining EVA and BSC,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the index,which is more conducive to taking into account the factors related to the development of the enterprise,considering the performance level of the enterprise comprehensively.In the conclusion of the study,this paper analyzes the deficiencies of the current performance evaluation system of M company in the household appliance industry.EVA and BSC are combined to select indicators that can reasonably evaluate the performance of M company,and a brand-new performance evaluation system is constructed.Its advantages lie in improving management efficiency,meeting the internal development requirements of the household appliance industry,payingattention to the improvement of comprehensive strength,enhancing the cooperation between departments,and optimizing the quality of personnel at all levels.The performance evaluation system combining EVA and BSC is not only helpful to improve the management efficiency and comprehensive strength of M Company under the intelligent development strategy,but also has certain reference significance for other enterprises. |
