Campus Architecture Research Of Wu Chang College Of Fine Arts

Open the dusty historical scroll,April 13,1920,this day nearly a century.Now looking back on the school history of Wu Chang College of Fine Arts,it is of great significance to the Hubei Institute of Fine Arts.In 1937,the Japanese army invaded China,and in 1938,the Wu Chang College of Fine Arts was bombed by enemy planes of the Japanese aggressors,and the campus was destroyed.This is a great lack for the history of Hubei Institute of Fine Arts.Through the analysis,comparison,textual research and dialectical analysis of historical materials,this topic carries on the historical environment,the social trend and the political factors of the campus architecture of Wu Chang College of Fine Arts.In order to find an important part of the historical footprints constructed and created by the predecessors,this paper studies and analyzes the architectural planning,spatial layout,and surrounding environment of Wu Chang College of Fine Arts campus in order to find out an important part in the historical footprints constructed and created by the predecessors.At the same time,this paper tries to find out the relationship between the development of modern higher art education and campus architecture by studying the campus architecture of art college in the same historical period and comparing with each aspect of campus architecture of Wu Chang College of Fine Arts.The author hopes to find out the mapping of the school-running tenet of Wu Chang College of Fine Arts in its campus architecture and finally find the educational implication and cultural value of the school-running history of the Wu Chang College of Fine Arts.
