With the coming tide of economic globalization,more and more enterprises gradually realize in the process of reform and development that enterprises are not an independent individual in the market economy.Its performance and value creation in the society is also the core factor of long-term development.As the soft power of enterprise competition,corporate culture and voluntary service are the focus of scholars.Based on the long-term nature and permeable performance of corporate culture,voluntary service has gradually become one of the corporate culture communication and social performance.From the perspective of corporate culture,thesis explores the evolution of volunteerism and the effect of volunteerism on corporate culture,and the role of corporate culture in volunteerism is also the focus of this study.Based on the theoretical basis of corporate culture theory and employee participation theory,thesis describes the current situation of corporate culture of China Construction three Bureaux,and then carries out a case study on the three kinds of voluntary service practice.Based on the analysis of the influence between voluntary service practice and corporate culture construction,thesis puts forward the interactive influence model,and constructs three kinds of composing mechanism of the model,that is,voluntary service humanistic care mechanism and enterprise culture incentive mechanism.The transmission mechanism of voluntary culture.The refinement of this model more reasonably explains the positive development from people to organizations to enterprises to society,and the reverse influence from society to enterprises to organizations to people.The circular effect of positive development and reverse effect is the result of all kinds of mechanism.The interactive influence model proposed in this paper and the three juxtaposition mechanisms of the interactive influence model make enterprises constantly show corresponding social behaviors.With the help of voluntary service,enterprises can better reflect the maximization of social value and economic benefits as well as the harmonious development of society.
