The existing radio and audio processing system of Tianpai Electronics(Shenzhen)Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Tianpai)uses the MCU to control,processes,diagnoses,and calculates various data from different sources of information,focusing on control and processing of digital signals.The ability is very poor,in the face of more and more diversified audio input signals,and more and more complex road conditions,the original system can not meet the current processing needs.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis proposes a solution that integrates MCU and DSP.Based on the original features,the company added an automotive-grade signal processing chip TEF6638 from NXP Semiconductors to design the hardware and software.Based on the demand analysis,this thesis makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the radio and audio management system as well as the technologies that need to be applied during the completion of the system,and designs the overall framework.On the basis of the overall framework,it is gradually refined to complete the detailed design of part of the human-computer interaction module,input circuit,output power amplifier circuit and other parts of the hardware design.Then,following the I2 C and I2 S protocols,the register read/write interface is encapsulated,which greatly simplifies the reading and writing of register data and addresses.Then,the radio and audio management functions are divided into modules and the software design flowchart is completed.When the software is implemented,in order to make full use of the functions of the chip,the software partially packages all kinds of read-write interfaces for later maintenance to meet the needs of different products.The key issues addressed in this analysis are:(1)Designing a user-friendly operation interface;(2)dividing the application layer and the middle layer according to the interface;(3)For a very large number of register read and write operations,complete the I2 C read / write data / address encapsulation;Relying on the powerful support of DSP integrated within the TEF6638 chip,the design and implementation of the main part of the thesis were completed.To ensure performance,a large number of indoor and outdoor tests were conducted.Through continuous adjustment of parameters,superior test results were obtained.Both function and performance can meet the needs of practical applications.
