Sunan region is located in the center of the Yangtze River Delta in the southeast coast of China,with abundant rainfall,vertical and horizontal water networks,developed agriculture and abundant resources.Because of rapid urbanization process,as one of the most developed regions in our economy,the Sunan rural areas took the lead in entering a new phase of social and economic restructuring,production space,living space and ecological space transformation.However,the traditional street design has exposed many ecological,functional and other issues.In order to better realize the rural ecological civilization construction and the sustainable development of the streets in southern Jiangsu province,the thesis carries out the research on the design of rural green ecological street.The main work of the thesis is divided into the following four parts:First of all,this paper clarifies the meaning of rural green ecological street and proposes four design principles that fit the green ecological street of rural area of Sunan region from four aspects of function,humanity,environmental protection and characteristic.Second,based on the limitation of traditional street space allocation method applied to the rural areas in southern Jiangsu Province,this paper proposes a triangular space allocation method based on the human activities of the street to balance the rural areas Street traffic space demand and living space demand,and achieve reasonable distribution of various types of street space.Thirdly,this paper classifies the functions of rural streets in Sunan and determines the cross-sectional forms of all kinds of streets,and applies the street distribution method of this article to the section design to determine the space of each block in the streets.Water permeable pavement design is adopted for the street in Sunan rural area,and the calculation method of street permeable pavement structure has raised in this paper.The sustainable management of rainwater and street landscape design are organically combined to determine the level of green landscape design.By combining the actual conditions of the sites in each unit,select the suitable landscape mode to design each landscape facility unit respectively.Finally,based on the existing conditions of Jiangshan village,such as the industrial foundation and current hydrological environment,the design strategy of green ecological street is applied to the street design of Jiangshan village.From three aspects of street layout and section layout,street permeable pavement design and green landscape design the specific design flow and calculation examples are given to provide the practical basis for the future rural green ecological design in southern Jiangsu province.
