Research On Supply Chain Finance Mode And Risk Of ZT Company

As an asset-based wide-area third-party logistics enterprise,the railway itself cannot develop with the development of customers,and its profitability is limited.By providing supply chain financial services,we can not only strengthen our relationship with our customers,but also optimize our logistics chain and capital chain to further enhance our development space and profitability.This thesis studies the specific mode of supply chain finance and the risk and risk prevention of ZT Company,a representative enterprise of the railway,in order to provide a useful reference for the transformation and development of the traditional logistics company of this type.This thesis takes the railway representative enterprise ZT Company.as the research subject,and analyzes and studies the relevant operation cases at home and abroad to explore the specific operation mode framework and risk types of supply chain finance for logistics enterprises such as China Railway.Starting from the actual situation of China Railway,its mode is divided into three stages: initial,middle and high-level development.According to the characteristics of each stage,different specific modes of operation are designed.At the same time,it analyzes the risks it faces,which can be divided into operational risk,pledge risk,operational risk,customer credit risk,macro environmental risk 5 risk and 21 corresponding secondary risk,thus obtaining the risk evaluation index system.On this basis,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index factor.Based on the status quo of ZT Company,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to establish a risk assessment model,and each risk indicator is quantitatively evaluated,so that the overall risk assessment level and the corresponding risk factors are ranked.According to the risk assessment results and risk indicator system,the corresponding risk prevention measures are further summarized.
