With the drying up of traditional energy sources,all kinds of energy sources in the world are attracting more and more attention.This provides unprecedented room for development of new energy power generation.Solar power has gradually become the first scheme of new energy power generation by virtue of its large content,zero emission and no pollution,safe and reliable,short construction period and many other advantages.The research work of this thesis is aimed at the DC voltage power supply for the design of solar panel coating device.The paper first studies the working principle and operating characteristics of the PECVD process,and puts forward a number of input and output links to control the two stage voltage regulator respectively,the first stage is switched voltage circuit,the second level is a linear voltage regulator,and the two level related voltage regulation technology.The actual demonstration is carried out in the module circuit of the entity unit.It is proved that the two level related voltage regulation technology has good dynamic response performance,which not only improves the efficiency but also reduces the heat in the chassis,and improves the stability,reliability and working life of the system.Secondly,the way of DC high voltage boost is studied,and rectifying technology and DC chopping technology commonly used in DC high-voltage power supply are introduced.The topology and working principle of double voltage double voltage rectifier circuit are analyzed,and its linear model is established,and the transfer function from control to output is obtained,and the actual circuit is in the actual circuit.Finally,the main component parameters in the main circuit of the system are designed and selected,and the hardware and software system of the system are designed.A prototype of the DC high voltage power supply with LM3S811 ARM Cortex-M3 as the control core and a power of 5000 W is developed.The experimental research on the power system is carried out.The results show that the system has the system.Good steady-state and dynamic response performance.
