| In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to environmental protection,and iron tailings as the waste of ore processing have caused great harm to the environment.This article mainly carries on the large quantity of iron tail sand instead of natural sand preparation thin masonry mortar construction research,According to the specification JGJT98-2010,the mortar of the strength grade of 7.5mpa and 15 MPa was prepared according to the design specification of masonry mortar mix..In this paper,the influence of the amount of iron tailings and the performance of mortar on the mortar is studied.Secondly,the influence of admixture on water retention and strength of thin mortar is studied.In the end,the thermal simulation was carried out by the finite element software ANSYS external wall ordinary mortar and thin mortar.The main research results of this paper are as follows:First,the experimental study found that with the increase of iron tailing sand content,the water consumption of mortar increased.Reduction of compressive and flexural strength;When the tail of iron ore content of 70%,mortar 28 d compressive strength,bending strength is 12.97 MPa,3.92 MPa,in order to make comprehensive utilization of tail iron ore reached effect,iron tail sand and natural sand,the optimal ratio of 7:3.By studying the effect of gray sand ratio on mortar performance,the mechanical properties of the thin mortar with sand ratio of 1:3 and 1:3.5 were met.Secondly,the influence of the content of different admixtures on the water retention performance was studied.Adding 0.1% cellulose ether to cement can obviously improve the water retention rate of mortar and enhance the strength of mortar.When adding 0.5% bentonite to cement,the water retention rate of mortar can meet the requirement of 99%.The optimum content of admixture is as follows: the content of cellulose ether is 0.1%,and the content of bentonite is 0.5%.The final test determines that the two kinds of large-sized iron tailings of iron tailings have the best ratio of SS3 and SS4.SS3: gray sand ratio is 1:3,cement 484 g,natural sand 435.6g,iron tail ore 1016.4g,water 348 g,cellulose ether 0.1%,bentonite 0.5%;SS4: gray sand ratio is 1:3.5,cement 414.9g,iron tail ore 1016.4g,water 333 g,cellulose ether 0.1%,bentonite 0.5%.Finally,through the finite element software ANSYS for ordinary mortar,two types of thin build by laying bricks or stones mortar wall thermal simulation analysis,the results show that the thin masonry mortar on the wall of inside and outside temperature change rate is lower than the ordinary cement mortar;The temperature change rate of the mortar wall in 360 minutes is lower than that of normal mortar wall. |
