With the rapid development of China's economy in today's society,the pace of urbanization construction has surpassed many developed countries,facing such a rapid development situation,many big cities rise to the ground,a large number of people pour into the urban area,the number of people in the central and urban areas is increasing rapidly,and the continuous development of the space on the ground is difficult to meet people.But the development of the ground space is limited.Therefore,the important place to solve the current problems of urbanization is to fully understand and rationally develop the underground space,and to build the underground space reasonably.Nowadays,the subway has become a very important way of urban rail transportation.At the same time,because of the complex underground space environment,especially in the densely populated area,the underground space development usually faces many problems,such as old and old dangerous houses,underground pipelines,environmental protection and avoiding disturbing people.How to minimize the disturbance to the surrounding buildings under the premise of safe construction is a problem to be solved urgently in the development of underground space.This article is based on the 04 standard contract section of Beijing Metro Line 19 in Pingan subway station.Through the field test and the real-time data monitoring of the pipe curtain construction,this paper studies the control of the pipe curtain construction precision,the formation disturbance mechanism and the subway excavation process.The research adopts the method of combining the theoretical analysis,the field test and the numerical simulation,and obtains the applicability evaluation of the large diameter pipe curtain construction in different strata.Under the protection of pipe curtain,it provides a reference for the construction of subway station with flat top and straight wall.Through the study of the above content,the shear transfer effect of stratum horizontal direction is taken into consideration,the differential equation of vertical balance in the beam section is derived,and the effective measures to improve the construction precision in the pipe curtain construction are put forward,and the ground subsidence law and the variable shape of the pipe curtain structure caused by the Subway Station Excavation under the action of the pipe curtain support structure are obtained.The different influence laws of soil layer parameters,pipe diameter and pilot excavation step on the formation are studied,and the rational guide tunnel excavation step is put forward to reduce the formation disturbance and safety construction.
