What Factors Affect The Integration Efficiency Of Innovative Resources?An Empirical Study In Precision Instruments Manufacturing Enterprises

Innovative resources occupy an important position in the development of enterprises and have a very important strategic impact on the country as well.At present,the integration of innovative resources is a way to allocate resources that integrates politics,economy,science and technology,and society and culture.This thesis takes the influencing factors of innovation resource integration efficiency as the research object by the method of text analysis and regression analysis,selects the website news of 47 large enterprises and 32 small and medium enterprises in the precision instrument manufacturing industry.We analysis and verify the collected text by category,time and subject,draw the picture of word frequency distribution using Gephi,and find that the large enterprises pay much attention to information,plant construction,equipment,service platforms,facilities and other factors,and the small and medium enterprises attach great importance to plant construction,infrastructure,government subsidies,research funding,laboratories and other factors.Then,we use factor analysis method and find that the impact of large enterprises include four factors: financial policy,organization,infrastructure construction and information management,and small and medium enterprises influence factors include three: market policy,organization and physical facilities.Based on this,a multiple regression model was established to explore the impact of various influencing factors.Finally,comparing the emphasis of enterprises,this thesis gives some suggestions for different types of enterprises to improve the efficiency of integration of innovation resources,and provides theoretical support for the management decision.This thesis makes up for the shortcoming of the one-sided study on the efficiency of innovation resource integration in the past,and ensures that the precision instruments enterprises of different scales can adopt reasonable measures in policy,environment,organization,fund and other aspects to solve the problems in adapting to the new needs,and enriched the theoretical research of innovative integration of resources through quantitative research methods,and enhanced the objectivity of innovative research on resource integration.
