As the crucial component of the smart power consumption technology,smart home power consumption which includes various distributed generations and energy storage devices completely changes the traditional energy usage structure of household side,and has gradually established the friendly interaction between the household users and grid.However,the smart home power consumption system is facing challenges of lots of uncertain parameters which come from the inaccurate prediction and model,and the uncertainties of these parameters has made huge impacts on the operational schedules of the household devices and customers' comfort.Hence,this paper studies on optimal scheduling of smart home power consumption under uncertain environment.First of all,this paper takes the electric water heater as the research object,and analyses the uncertain parameters problem in the optimal scheduling of single typical household.In order to describe the uncertainties of parameters in a precision way,this paper put forward a concept of graded intervals of uncertain parameters,and gives this concept a practical meaning which represents the confident degree of the customers.Based on above,this paper introduces the graded intervals model into the traditional constraints in this paper,builds the uncertain optimal scheduling model,and transforms the uncertain constraints into equivalent ones.The simulation shows that the uncertain optimal results under different combinations of two grades will absolutely meet the customers' comfort demand.Besides,the trade-off between the electricity bill and conservatism degree are also discussed in the simulation to help the customers select the best grade pairs.Based on the fundament of analysis of signal household device,this paper further do the research of optimal scheduling problem in a smart home under uncertain environment.Focusing the numerous but complex uncertain parameters,this paper adopts the interval model to describe the uncertainties,and establishes the optimal scheduling model of smart home power consumption system.In order to solve this model,this paper introduce the robust optimization method,and offers the robust counterpart of these constraints with uncertainties.At last,these unsolved robust counterparts are transformed into easy-solved standard form of constraints of mixed integer programming,which achieving the optimized energy management.The simulation shows that the model proposed in this paper can provide the most robust schedules for customers regardless of any disturbance of these uncertain parameters.Not only the customers' comfort is guaranteed,but also the collaborative scheduling between different devices are conducted to improve the local consumption rate of distributed photovoltaic and load shifting.At the same time,customers can make a trade-off between the economy and comfort though setting the robust controllable parameter and gain various selections.
