In recent years,with the distributed power high penetration access distribution system,distribution network from the traditional one-way passive grid to the two-way active power grid change.At the same time,as advanced automation,communication and modern power electronic technology are widely used in distribution network operation and control,the active distribution network has become the inevitable form of distribution network development.In the background of flexible control scheduling of active distribution network and randomness and volatility of distributed power output and load,the traditional methods of network analysis and planning of passive distribution network are difficult to apply.It is of practical and urgent significance to study and explore a new method of distribution system planning under the active distribution networkIn response to this problem,most of the researches on active distribution planning nowadays take reactive compensation,on-load voltage regulator and other measures as the main active management mode of active distribution network,and the grid planning is mainly radial structure.However,considering the influence of the dynamic reconfiguration of grid structure during operation of active distribution network on grid planning,the research on adapting the construction and operation of ring network of active distribution network remains to be carried out.This paper presents a new active distribution network planning method.First,analyze the timing characteristics and random characteristics of distributed power and load,use information entropy to divide the running scene to save the information of the original scene while reducing the analysis and running the scene.Then,on the basis of the traditional distribution network expansion plan,combined with the operation characteristics of the active distribution network,a double-layer extended programming model of active distribution network considering the dynamic reconfiguration of the grid structure is established.The results of the planning scheme under the dynamic reconfiguration of grid structure are transformed into part of its fitness function to improve the planning scheme.According to the related theories in graph theory,this paper proposes an improved distribution network coding method based on the "avoid-circle method" to improve the efficiency of feasible solution generation and generate the network frame with ring network connection required for dynamic reconfiguration structure.Afterwards,the model is solved by using the mutual solution of genetic algorithm and decimal particle swarm optimization.The optimized optimal solution will be used as the final plan.Finally,taking the expansion planning of the actual distribution network as an example,the rationality and effectiveness of the planning model are verified.
