Respiration is an important physiological process, which can maintain the stability of human vital signs.Respiratory diseases such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, and intermittent sleep syndrome are widespread throughout the world.According to WHO's social survey of 2016,more than 235 million people suffer from asthma, and more than 3 million people die from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease each year. Therefore,in order to evaluate cardiopulmonary function effectively and accurately, respiratory monitoring is an important part of respiratory diseases and ICU management. This study considers portability and accuracy of measurement. The respiratory monitoring system of this study uses high-precision differential pressure breathing sensors combined with differential pressure breathing ducts. In the design of breathing ducts,on the basis of the finite element analysis method, the control variable method is used to optimize the deviation in clinical trials to achieve the effect closer to the theoretical value. At the same time, this study uses the measurement theory of traditional respiratory mechanics, including measuring the flow of Bernoulli equation and mass conservation equation of gas and measuring the concentration of non-dispersive infrared and the neural network is used to filter, fit and predict the data, and the satisfactory results are obtained. Finally, the corresponding experiment is carried out by this system, including the accuracy verification of the new differential pressure sensor, the control variable method is used to improve the respiratory pipeline for the collected data, and the clinical experiments of respiratory flow and concentration are carried out,and compared with the professional breathing machine.Through long periods of experimentation,it is indicated that the ventilator has good stability.
