The compaction quality and interlayer bonding quality are the key contents the Roller Compacted Concrete(RCC)dam construction quality control.Therefore,the evaluation of compaction quality and interlayer bonding quality are the effective measures to control the construction quality.The application of the real-time monitoring system raised the construction control level effectively,and a dynamic evaluation method of RCC dam construction quality based on blind number theory is proposed.This method includes layer compaction quality evaluation,interlayer bonding quality evaluation and comprehensive construction evaluation to realize multiscale and multilayer evaluation of construction quality.The main results are as follows:(1)Since the existing study of RCC dam compaction quality evaluation can not fully reflect the uncertainty of concrete parameters,a dynamic evaluation method of compaction quality based on entropy-blind number is proposed.The uncertainty parameters processing of the existing study is not comprehensive,therefore,the maximum entropy theory and fuzzy entropy theory are used to improve the blind number theory,which is used to deal with the concrete parameter with uncertainty.Then,a compaction evaluation model is established which can reflect the parameter uncertainty in the model and the result.This method can dynamically evaluate the compaction quality of RCC dam from two perspectives of compaction degree and uncertainty.(2)In view of the existing problem of lacking considering the influence of compaction quality on the interlayer bonding quality,a dynamic evaluation method of interlayer bonding quality considering the influence of compaction quality is proposed.The existing study lacks a interlayer bonding quality evaluation model which considers the influence of compaction quality,therefore,the compaction degree is calculated based on the entropy-blind number method,and the deference value between the concrete initial setting time and the interval time is calculated as the evaluation factor,which solves the feasibility problem of the model in different seasons.On the based of linear regression,the mapping relationship between the tensile strength and the interval time and the compaction degree is established to realize the dynamic evaluation of interlayer bonding quality of RCC dam.(3)Aiming at the problem of lacking comprehensively considering compaction quality and interlayer bonding quality,a multiscale and multilayer construction quality evaluation method is proposed.The influences of compaction quality and interlayer bonding quality have not been considered comprehensively in the existing RCC dam construction quality evaluation study,therefore,the proposed compaction quality method and the interlayer bonding quality evaluation method are used to evaluate the layer compaction quality and the interlayer bonding quality.Finally,the construction quality of the whole storehouse surface can be evaluated.The dynamic evaluation method of RCC dam construction quality based on blind number theory is used to evaluate the construction quality of actual engineering.The evaluation results show that,firstly,the improved blind number theory can reflect the uncertainty of parameters fully,and the interval type results are more rational than the conventional methods;secondly,the interlayer bonding quality results which considers the influence of compaction quality are more reliable;thirdly,the propose method can evaluate the RCC dam construction quality from multiscale and multilayer which is more scientific and comprehensive.
