In this paper,a new type of three-dimensional disc spring-high damping rubber isolation bearing is proposed on the basis of the research of the existing isolation bearings.The bearing has good horizontal and vertical isolation performance and has good self reset function.The theoretical analysis of the bearing design is carried out,and the determination of the key parameters of the bearing is studied.The numerical simulation of mechanical properties of disc spring is carried out by using ABAQUS finite element software,and the mechanical properties of high damping rubber isolation bearings are analyzed with experimental data.The disc spring high damping 3D isolating bearing is designed and manufactured,and its horizontal isolation and vertical isolation performance are studied.Specific research work and results are as follows:(1)A new type of 3D composite isolation bearing is designed to meet the requirements of 3D isolation for building structures.The high damping rubber isolation bearing is used in the horizontal isolation device.This bearing can not only provide the horizontal stiffness to prolong the structure period,but also has the function of damping energy dissipation,and the bearing has the function of automatic reset.The vertical isolation device is a vertical isolation bearing consisting of a disc spring group,which uses the variable stiffness characteristics of the disc spring to realize isolation,and uses the friction damping between the disc springs to reduce the efficiency.The multi group disc spring can realize the rotation function of the bearing in parallel,and the anti-pulling of bearing can be realized through the preloading and the structural measures of the disc spring group.(2)The design steps and calculation methods of key parameters are given.The key parameters of the horizontal isolation device are analyzed.The equivalent stiffness of the high damping rubber isolation bearing and the determination of the equivalent damping ratio are studied,and the details of designing the high damping rubber isolation bearing according to the structural characteristics are given.The calculation of the key parameters of the vertical isolation device is studied and analyzed.The variable stiffness and damping characteristics of the disc spring are studied.The combination mode of the disc spring and the calculation of the related parameters are studied.The steps of the design of the vertical isolation device by the structural mechanical properties and the design steps of the disc spring are given.(3)The mechanical properties of the disc spring vertical isolation device and the high damping rubber isolation bearing are analyzed.The numerical analysis of the disc spring and its combination is carried out by the finite element software ABAQUS.The numerical analysis results are compared with the theory results to verify its validity,and the vertical stiffness and the vertical damping ratio of the vertical and vertical damping ratio with the preloading,the loading amplitude and the loading frequency are studied.The mechanical properties of the high damping rubber isolation bearing are analyzed by the test,and the changes of the horizontal equivalent stiffness and the equivalent damping ratio with the shear strain and the compressive stress are studied.(4)The three-dimensional disc spring-high damping rubber bearing is designed and manufactured and tested.Based on theoretical analysis,the three-dimensional disc spring-high damping rubber isolation bearing is designed and processed.The horizontal isolation performance and vertical isolation performance of the bearing are tested.The vertical stiffness of the disc spring-high damping isolation bearing is analyzed by the vertical isolation device composed of different combinations of disc springs.
