At present,the more traditional monitoring methods of welding residual stress,such as blind hole method,may cause some damage to structural components,such as X ray method,which may cost a lot,and is not applicable to some practical projects under construction.The finite element numerical simulation analysis can make up the shortage of the traditional monitoring test method,and can provide some reference for the actual monitoring.On the basis of welding simulation,there are few studies on the effect of welding residual stress on the mechanical properties of thick plates.Therefore,it is necessary to combine welding simulation with real-time monitoring to ensure the reliability and accuracy of numerical simulation.In this paper,based on the monitoring of thick steel plate welding,the ANSYS software is used to check the distribution of residual stress in thick plate welding.At present,the research on welding residual stresses at home and abroad mostly focuses on thin plate or medium thickness plate,which leads to the unclear distribution of residual stresses in thick plate welding,and there is no unified conclusion.This paper uses the ANSYS numerical simulation software to build a thick steel truss and steel beam joint of H steel welding model,using interpolation and extrapolation to determine the physical parameters of high temperature,compensate for the lack of previous research on thermophysical parameters,simulation of thick plate of different thickness changes in multipass welding and welding temperature and residual stress during cooling the distribution regularity of welding a three-dimensional plate in engineering practice;results show that the isotherms of welding heat source in front of more intensive,large temperature gradient;comparison of different thickness of three dimensional stress curve,found them in the welding area at the center of a web to bend the curved channel below "the more thick plate bending groove" is much greater,and in the center of the weld transverse compressive longitudinal pull,weld direction slightly away from the weld,the longitudinal pressure transverse tensile,transverse residual stress The force is greater than the longitudinal residual stress,and the transverse residual stress reaches the maximum at the quenching weld.The temperature and stress data of the ANSYS numerical simulation are compared with the real-time monitoring data.Numerical simulation of field monitoring data and ANSYS data comparison,the results show that the welding heat source in front of large temperature changes near the weld seam,longitudinal residual stress on the surface of the flange under the compressive stress,and from the bottom to the top is growing,comparing the different thickness of residual stress,basically the thicker the thickness the longitudinal and transverse residual stress is large,and the increase of the thickness of the larger,longitudinal and transverse residual stress increased more slowly.The plate edge area of transverse residual stress is tensile stress is greater than the longitudinal residual stress at the fixed end of the concrete crack is not found,the tensile strain is less than the ultimate tensile strain of concrete,so the fixed end of reasonable stress,no cracking.This is in good agreement with the numerical simulation results,which verifies the accuracy of numerical simulation and the reliability of field monitoring.It shows that finite element numerical simulation analysis can accurately reproduce the actual process of welding and has a certain guiding significance.The thick plate multi pass welding temperature and stress data obtained by ANSYS finite element numerical simulation of the welding process at the same time,real-time monitoring,the data analysis and comparison,in advance of the stress control and adjust the welding residual,and puts forward a series of measures to reduce the welding residual stress.
