LCA evaluation method based on BIM,which efficiently integrates the environmental impact information of component materials of 3D visible building and the whole life cycle.This process needs to be built in a clear and complete building LCA based on database.The database is an important basis for the BIM-LCA method.At present,the domestic and foreign building materials LCA database is mainly used in the design deepening stage,combined with the material bill of quantities,so as to get the the results of environmental impact assessment of life cycle of buildings.Sometimes it is based on the analysis of some common components or more coarse LCA at the design stage.The shortcomings of these methods in that cannot support the design performance analysis and optimization of the whole process.Some foreign studies have tried to solve the above it.but it is not perfect in combination with BIM.and it is difficult to apply to Chinese building standards.Firstly,this paper combs the basic theory and framework of building information coding system and database,and establishes the classification coding method and tool for building component database.Through the analysis of "architectural engineering design information model classification and encoding and related literature,the tree structure of building component and material classification is established,Combined with the commonly used standard component design of China’s energy-saving building external envelope structure are further classified based on heat transfer coefficient,so as to establish the building component library.Secondly,the overall design of the database design,and the relationship between the tables design data table.Then,the link material information in the LCA component library,and the formula of component LCA information by adding calculation.Coding BIM components exported from BIM schedules,by encoding index form and component library information links,so as to get the full BIM encoding component based on the LCA database.The database program design based on SQL Sever.Thirdly,the BIM-LCA operation process under different architectural design stages is analyzed.On this basis,the SQL database is developed by C# programming language,and building the user interface of building component LCA database management system.Finally,combined with specific cases,testing the function of building component database.The test results show that the building component database can support the environmental performance analysis of the early stage of architectural design to the deepening stage of architectural design,and it can optimize the design by combining with the BIM engineering information.The innovation of this paper is to explore the method of database building components for our classification encoding.The LCA database of architectural components is established,which is convenient for architects to evaluate LCA in conceptual design and deepening design.In addition,referring to the design atlas of North China,the database is adapted to the national conditions.
