The hub project of Chengshan Reservoir in Dongshan City was completed in April,1957.The total capacity of the reservoir is 621,600 cubic meters.It is a small(2)type reservoir with irrigation as the mainstay and fish farming.Chengshan Reservoir project consists of a river dam,a spillway and a water conveyance tunnel.In the long-term operation,affected by the low temperature and freezing and thawing damage in winter.Chengshan Reservoir has the following problems:the slope protection rock of the barrage dam has been damaged,the downstream dam foot leaks,the leakage sluice is severely eroded,the cockroach falls off,and the wing walls on both sides and the corpus callosum leaks.The secondary stilling pool is destroyed.The inlet and outlet of the water delivery hole are damaged and the gate is leaking.In view of the risk of damage of the dam's water surface and protection rock and the risk of leakage at the foot of the downstream dam,the method of on-site water pressure test was used,and the dam exploration method was used to find out the cause of the dam foundation leakage.Based on the stability review,stable seepage review and flood control standard review,the dam safety performance is evaluated comprehensively.Based on this process,the curtain grouting anti-seepage technology is used to implement the anti-seepage reinforcement work,and the program of dam foundation anti-seepage is designed.In view of the fact that the existing dam crest elevation is less than the sum of the design water level and the wind and wave,it does not meet the design requirements and needs to be increased.Through comparison,this design selected a plan to add a wave wall.In order to solve the serious erosion of the spillway,the cockroach is detached,the wing walls on both sides and the scorpion are leaking,and the secondary stilling pool is destroyed.Firstly,the reservoir is safely reviewed,and the seepage phenomenon of the scorpion is studied.The imported wing wall and the side of the stilling pool The current status of the wall is surveyed,the problem of spillway disease is determined,and the design scheme for reconstructing the spillway retaining gate and the body grouting,wing wall reconstruction,and maintenance of the side wall of the stilling pool are formulated.In order to solve the damage of the water inlet and outlet,the leakage of the gate is used to evaluate the geological conditions of the water conveyance tunnel and to conduct a safety review.The design flow of the water conveyance tunnel,the discharge flow and the energy dissipation are calculated,and the repair scheme for the water supply tunnel is formulated,including the demolition and reconstruction of the entrance and exit retaining wall,the stilling pool and the pedestrian bridge.This paper uses a variety of reinforcement techniques to repair the problematic parts of Chengshan Reservoir.After the implementation of the project,the safe operation of the reservoir is obvious,which fully proves the rationality of the technical reinforcement technology of Chengshan Reservoir.Therefore,the research results of this paper can provide a certain reference for the reinforcement of other small reservoirs in the region.
