The manufacturing capacity and manufacturing level of civil aircraft is an important support for the rapid development of civil aviation industry.With uninterrupted development and application of applied software,automatic control technology and laser positioning technology,the digital assembly of modern civil aircraft promote energetically.While improving the efficiency and quality of the manufacturing process,it also present a significant challenge to the information management and control in the civil aircraft assembly process.Civil aircraft digital assembly concerns numerous technique design parameters,while manufacturing will produce a large number of data on measurement,tooling operations,assembly quality evaluation and user management.It is vital for enterprises how to synthesize management activity and management resource to enhance product quality,reduce cost and shorten delivery time.Therefore it is important to build the civil aircraft production site management system for digital assembly.The delay of the on-site information and the difficulty of unified dispatching always happen in the civil aircraft digital assembly site.To solve these problems,the production site management system for the digital assembly of the civil aircraft is constructed in this paper.The main contributions of the thesis are listed below.(1)Production task flow.The business process is conformed and optimized based on the comprehensive investigation of job mode and interactive information of the civil aircraft digital assembly site.Based on results of investigation,the system requirements and the key problems involved in the system are sumarized in this thesis;(2)Workpiece state modeling.Base on the analysis and research of methods of describing the state of the machined workpiece currently used in the assembly production site,the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are analyzed in this paper.In order to solve the existing problems,a new method of workpiece state modeling is put forward to form the basis for production plan rearrangement and flexible shop scheduling;(3)Flexible scheduling.Through a deep research on the workshop flexible scheduling problem,direct against the random dynamic events in civil aircraft production workshop,combine the actual conditions of the civil aircraft manufacturing enterprise production site,a production rescheduling scheme based on the combination strategy is proposed in this thesis,establishes a mathematical model with delivery time and equipment utilization as evaluation indexes for completely rescheduling,then proposes a hybrid genetic algorithm that synthetically uses the synergetic evolutionary algorithm and the immune algorithm to solve the multi-object shop scheduling problem.(4)Information model.Based on the analysis of the digital assembly production and control flow of civil aircraft,the overall description of the system is realized through modeling language.The model of the system is accomplished in the dissertation,including organizational structure models,access control models and business process control models.Finally,based on the above research,the software framework is built by following the MVC pattern,the JSP technology,Servlet technology,and JDBC technology are used to achieve the key system functions.
