Model updating and model evaluation methods play an important role in structural dynamics modeling and simulation,In order to establish an accurate dynamic model with damping structure,a new method of complex modal evaluation with damping structure is proposed.On this basis,The dampcross-model cross-mode method is studied and improved,and the good results are obtained when applied to the structural dynamics modeling.In this paper,by analyzing the traditional model evaluation methods,there are many disadvantages such as the large number of evaluation parameters and predict damped structure response contains a large error.Based on complex modal theory,a complex modal evaluation of dynamics finite element model methods has been proposed.This methods is evaluated from three aspects: complex frequency,complex amplitude and phase value,based on the response analysis,through the establishment of evaluation criteria and weight sets,this paper presents a parameter that can measure the accuracy of finite element model comprehensively,The comprehensive evaluation value can better predict the model response calculation accuracy.In the work of damping structural updating,Combining the Liang damping model and the threeparameter damping model with the damp-cross-model cross-mode method,The influence of the initial damping selection on the correction effect is discussed.The application range of the model updaitng method is extended,which can be better applied to the actual model updating with damping structure,Numerical examples are given to verify the validity and accuracy of the two damping model correction methods.In order to verify the validity of the method proposed in this paper,a dynamic model of a damping plate structure was modified.The accuracy and engineering applicability of model assessment and model correction,The research proves the accuracy and engineering applicability of model evaluation and model updating method.
