During the continuous development of aeroengine technology,the performance requirements of aeroengine control system are constantly increasing.In this paper,aiming at the strong nonlinearity and time-varying characteristics of aeroengines,a turbofan engine is studied as a research object,and aeroengine control method based on the guardian maps theory is studied.Aiming at the model problems in the research of control method,the nonlinear model of a turbofan engine was the basis for the research.In order to choose the design points,the flight envelope was partitioned,and some nominal points were selected as the design points.The state variable models were established using the small disturbance method combined with the least square method.In the end,the linear parameter varying(LPV)models were established by Jacobian linear modeling method.In order to avoid the disadvantages of traditional gain scheduling control method,such as heavy workload and difficulty of guaranteeing global control performance,the algorithm based on the guardian maps theory was applied in the aeroengine control.The widely used proportion integration(PI)control was used in this paper.Based on the LPV model,the controller was designed through the guardian maps theory.In the design process,all the parameters in the range of scheduling parameter were found by the arbitrary initial parameters of the controller.A PI controller was designed to be a comparison object by traditional gain scheduling method.During the final nonlinear simulation,the integral separation PI control method was used in this paper.The simulation results show that the LPV/PI controller designed by the guardian maps has good control performance,and it is better than the controller designed by the traditional gain scheduling method.In order to illustrate the application of the guardian maps theory in aeroengine control further,the LPV/state feedback controller for aeroengines was designed by combining the guardian maps theory with the state feedback control.In the process of controller design,the LPV model was the research object.The set of controller parameters within the range of the scheduling parameter was designed by any given initial controller parameters.The simulation results on the nonlinear model show that the control system has good performance.
