Steel-net pad isolator is a non-linear vibration isolation device with dry friction hysteresis damping characteristics.It also contains the characteristics of variable stiffness and large damping.However,the lack of suitable calculation models and parameter identification methods limits the promotion of this excellent passive isolation device.On the other hand,the layout scheme of vibration isolators even the estimation of damping efficiency depends on experience or trial,which also brings negative effects when applying in engineering.For the purpose of extending the application of steel-net pad isolator,deeply research of studying nonlinear parameter identification procedures and the optimal designing of layout scheme for complex vibration environment is necessary.In this paper,based on previous research,a kind of steel-net pad vibration isolator fulfilling requirements was designed,which was established as a bilinear constitutive model.The dynamic experiment under conditions of different sinusoidal excitations was carried out.Meanwhile,the nonlinear parameters of steel-net pad vibration isolator in different incentive conditions were identified using Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm(PSO).Then the dynamic characteristics and vibration control efficiency of a complex model with vibration isolator were analyzed through modeling and simulation.To solve the problems of discrete distribution and multi objectives during layout optimization,a creative optimization procedure combined new PSO algorithm with CAE software was developed,by which the layout optimization of both flexible body engine and rigid body engine model was carried out respectively.As a result,the best layout scheme under each different excitation was achieved,the optimization efficiency was evaluated in terms of transmission rate of dynamic force and power spectral density.These researches provided major foundation both in theory and experiment for the purpose of a more extensive application of steel-net pad,which has significant engineering value.
