The pre-swirl system is an important part of the air system of an aero-engine,and its role is to provide high quality air cooling for turbine blades to improve engine efficiency.In this paper,the numerical simulation method was used to study the flow path structure including nozzle?receiving hole and disk cavity of the axial intake pre-swirl system.The flow field of the pre-swirl system is analyzed,and the influence mechanism of the key structure on the air-condition quality is explored.In this paper,a curved pre-swirl nozzle was proposed,compared with a straight hole nozzle,and the influence of the diameter and radial position of the nozzle on the pre-swirl temperature drop and the total pressure loss was studied.The effect of the receiving hole angle and diameter on temperature drop and total pressure loss of pre-swirl system were obtained.The flow characteristics between pre-swirl system with single-row receiving hole and double row receiving hole were compared.The guide vanes were added on the surface of the turntable,and the influence of guide vane width and length on the pre-swirl temperature drop and flow resistance was obtained.In this paper,the flow coefficient of the curved hole nozzle is about 8.2% higher than that of the straight hole nozzle,and the temperature drop coefficient of the pre-swirl system with curved hole nozzle is higher than that with the straight hole nozzle.When the nozzle diameter increases,The temperature drop first increases and then decreases,and the increase of the nozzle radial position is good for improving the temperature drop.With the increase of receiving hole angle,the massflow and temperature drop of pre-swirl system increase.With the increase of receiving hole diameter,the temperature drop and massflow increase of pre-swirl system first increase and then unchange.With the increase of radial position of receiving hole,the temperature drop of pre-swirl system first increase and then decrease.The effect of the guide vanes on the pre-swirl system is related to the rotating Reynolds number.As the width and length of the guide vanes increase,the temperature drop and total pressure loss of the pre-rotation system increase.At the same massflow,the temperature drop and the total pressure loss of the pre-swirl system with curved nozzle are lower than those with straight hole nozzle.The temperature drop and flow resistance of the pre-swirl system with double-row receiving hole are higher than those with single-row receiving hole.The guide vanes have great pressurization effect to reduce the total pressure loss of the pre-swirl system.
