With the equipment of modern spaceflight in the field of timeliness,strategic and flexible requirements more and more high,with the rapid development of aerospace microelectronics,spacecraft rapid launch technology and satellite modular technology,micro-satellites are gradually becoming an important space military force.However,at present,there is not a military application of micro-satellites that easy to implement and has a obvious Killing effect.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs the sunlight-concentrating based on the micro-satellite formation and researchs the key issues.The main research results include:(1)Design the sunlight-concentrating micro-satellite formation.The sunlight-concentrating micro-satellite formation consist of several micro-satellites,the solar energy outside the space is used as the energy source to gather light energy onto the target satellite through attitude control of formation satellites.The high temperature generated by the energy accumulation reduces the reliability of the key electronic devices in the satellite and even destroys the satellite structure.(2)In order to control the attitude of the satellites in formation and to solve the problem of formation configuration drift,combined with the formation of satellites own characteristics and mission requirements design a second-order sliding mode control for satellite attitude and orbit based on system of proprio-coordinate,Combined with the previous design for sunlight-concentrating micro-satellite formation,the mathematical simulation of the algorithm proves that the control algorithm can be applied on the sunlight-concentrating micro-satellite formation.(3)In order to simulate the orbit and attitude movement of satellites in space under the ground environment and vefry the effect of satellite attitude and orbit control algorithm,design and construct the 3-dof air bearing spacecraft simulation system.First,propose the overall design of the system,established a three-dimensional model of the system.Design the pneumatic circuit,pose-attitude measurement system,power supply system in the test system,and select the device based on the actual needs.And then,construct and debug the 3-dof air bearing spacecraft simulator.At last develope a set of measurement and control system on the 3-dof air bearing spacecraft simulator,design the software of embedded computer and desktop computer,and make a basic exercise experiment.
