Stiffened plate structure has a good bearing capacity,which has been widely used in the structural design of cranes,ships,aircraft and other large equipment.Therefore,research on the stability of stiffened plate has practical engineering significance.The research on the stability of stiffened plates including buckling and post-buckling behavior,especially how to use the post-buckling bearing capacity of stiffened plates has important reference value for the optimization of structural design.The buckling and post-buckling bearing capacity of stiffened plate under uniform compression is researched from three aspects of theoretical calculation,finite element simulation and experimental analysis.The main research work is as follows:(1)The buckling load of stiffened plates with different number of ribs is calculated by using the theory of small deflection of thin plates and energy method,and the minimum requirements for reinforced rigid moment of inertia is obtained by combining the flexible rib and rigid rib characteristics,through examples with the "crane design standard" comparison of theoretical calculation results,the theoretical calculation results are smaller than required by the specification.(2)The analytical model of stiffened plate was established by ANSYS,and the buckling load and buckling modes of the stiffened plate were obtained by linear buckling analysis.The influence of the number,height,width and spacing of the stiffened plates with two ribs sections of type I and L were analyzed.Through the analysis of the results,the minimum inertia moment of rigid rib is obtained,and the results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation.(3)The linear buckling analysis mode as the basis of introducing initial imperfections,combined with the arc length method and the Von-Mises yield criterion for nonlinear buckling analysis of stiffened plate,obtained the critical buckling load and failure load,and draw out the post buckling equilibrium path curve.The effects of different geometric parameters and initial imperfections on the buckling and post buckling bearing capacity of stiffened plates are discussed.(4)Finally,the buckling experiment of the stiffened plate was conducted,and the experimental plan is given.Based on the experimental data processing plotted stiffened plate load-displacement curve,derive stiffened plate buckling load.And compared with the results of nonlinear buckling analysis,the relative error of less than 20%.
