With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of living standards,people have new requirements in heating.How to make heating comfortable and energy-saving has become the goal we pursue.After a long period of exploration and research,the remarkable energy saving effect of power distributed frequency conversion heating system has been recognized,but how to carry out specific operation adjustment of the system is relatively scarce in practical engineering,so I have conducted research on this aspect.In this paper,the rationality of the proposed operation adjustment strategy is demonstrated by combining the theoretical and practical engineering data.The hydraulic imbalance and hydraulic stability of the system are also described.Then the mathematical model is established for different operation adjustment modes of the system.Finally,the setting of zero pressure difference and the operation adjustment of zero pressure difference and variable zero pressure difference are compared.Taking the high efficiency zone of pump operation and the hydraulic stability of the system as the reference standard,it provides help for the selection of follow-up operation regulation.Then through the comparison of the operation regulation mode of appeal,a new operation regulation mode is proposed,which is to change the quantity of water supply temperature in stages.By partitioning the relative heat load,the water supply temperature in different stages is obtained.In each stage specified by the appeal,the water pump can operate in the high-efficiency zone of the water pump and the hydraulic stability of the system is good.Finally,how to cooperate with the operation adjustment mode of appeal for the circulation pump at the heat source and heat station to carry out frequency conversion adjustment is expounded,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of operation adjustment in the following projects.Finally in an official engineering example to analysis,the system adopts distributed power frequency heating system of hydraulic calculation and selection of pump and the energy consumption analysis,it is concluded that the total energy consumption than traditional heating system can energy saving 64%,then in the 2017 annual heating period by adopting phase change the way the amount of water temperature adjustment,to use its data processing,the results show that the energy saving rate and the energy saving rate reached 23% and 27% respectively,its energy saving effect is significant,at the same time the hydraulic stability of the system is good,it can get the advantages of the operation adjustment strategy.It is hoped that this conclusion will be helpful to the central heating adjustment in the future.
