At present,the phenomenon of run,run,drip and leak of water supply pipe network in China is very serious,which not only causes serious waste of water resources,but also causes secondary disasters such as surface subsidence and collapse of buildings,which seriously affect people's daily production and life.In addition,the instruments purchased abroad are expensive and complicated to operate,and large-area real-time monitoring cannot be realized,which seriously restricts the improvement of the leak detection capability of China's water supply pipe network.In view of this,this paper conducts research on the water supply pipe network leakage monitoring system.In this paper,the time domain analysis,frequency domain analysis and time-frequency joint analysis of the leakage signal are used to obtain the frequency domain characteristics of the background noise signal and leakage signal of the water supply pipeline.In order to realize the feature extraction of leakage signal,a method for estimating the leakage point of water supply network based on wavelet denoising delay is proposed.The threshold function of MATLAB toolbox is used to obtain the denoising threshold,the signal is decomposed by wavelet,and then the bandpass filter is used.The denoised signal is filtered,and the processed signal is subjected to delay estimation to determine the location of the leak.By analyzing the source of error of synchronous acquisition of leakage signals,a synchronous acquisition method based on GPS timing data is proposed.The integrated timing method is used,and the rising edge of the second pulse signal is used as the interrupt signal for the real-time clock,which will correspond to the previous second pulse.The serial port time information plus 1 s is used as the unified time for the base station to perform the calibration to meet the requirements of the system for timing accuracy.On the basis of the above research,the design of the water supply pipe network leakage monitoring system was completed,and the upper computer program based on LabVIEW and MATLAB mixed programming monitoring system was developed.The advantages of LabVIEW graphical design language and the powerful data processing capability of MATLAB were utilized to make development.The hostcomputer interface has stronger data processing capabilities.The analysis results of the water supply pipe network leakage monitoring system show that the water supply pipe network leakage monitoring system proposed in this paper can well realize the leakage monitoring of the water supply pipe network.
