The Process Of Function-structure Mapping Driven By CAI Technique

Conceptual design was the most critical part of product innovation,the important means of improving the enterprise competition.But function-Structure was the core of the concept designs,meanwhile more and more scholars paid attention to it and made a large number of studies.With the development of computing technologies,Computer gradually applied in the conceptual design of geometric mapping.But it could not apply in the function – structure mapping of the concept design.In this thesis,In order to function-structure mapping model was set up,the relevant investigation fruit of design theory and method were integrated with Computer Aided Innovation(CAI),increased function solving module.Finally,the Innovation structure design of bundle incense machine was carried out in order to testify the efficient of this model.The research mainly involves as follows:1.The establishment of function knowledge expression model.In order to study the connection the function with the standard solutions and the inventive principles,built a kind of the function knowledge expression model,which were combine the black box model with Su-field mode.The modle could completely describe the information of the function requirements,and accurately retrieve the instance.2.Build the function-structure mapping knowledge base.The CAI could solve various engineering problems,which had a strong theory and examples to support.But the CAI did not have the block the function solution,and,so in order to provide the basis of the process of function–structure mapping driven by CAI,redesigned the frame model of the standard solutions and the inventive principles.3.Design the hybrid reasoning mechanism of the function-structure.In the process of the function-structure mapping by CAI technology,it was not come true to meeting all the function requirement that just rely on case-based reasoning(CBR),so it needed ro put forward the model,which combined rule-based reasoning(RBR)of the CAI and CBR.If still conld not obtain the solution,which was difficult function unit,it would obtain the solution by making effect of integrated algorithm.At the same time,according to this hybrid reasoning mechanism,built suitable reasoning process,which could drive the function-structure mapping4.Innovation structure design of bundle incense machine using the new process that proposed above.The user requirements and constraints were settled from an engineering reality.the information were input the CAI software,which could assist the designers in deriving the function-structure mapping of bundle incense machine,and obtained the principle structure model of bundle incense machine.Finally,the new structure concept could be obtained by transforming and assembling the structures.
