Solar ground-source heat pump system is the use of solar and geothermal energy,is a highly efficient energy-saving forms of renewable energy use.This system has a wide range of prospects,but it is not applicable to all buildings.To carry out the research on the application of solar-ground source heat pump system in the construction of air conditioning system is of practical significance for the application of the system.In this paper,taking Tianjin area as an example,according to the area ratio of 0.11,construction area of 10000m~2,20000m~2 and 30000m~2,the area ratio of 0.2,construction area of 2000m~2,5000m~2,10000m~2,20000m~2 and 30000m~2,the area ratio of 0.33,building area of 10000 m~2 of office buildings to carry out building suitability study.In view of the above 9 kinds of buildings,we designed the corresponding air conditioning system.The research method is the numerical simulation,using TRNSYS simulation software to study the building to establish a corresponding simulation system,the system model for the necessary verification,9 kinds of building systems were simulated for 20 years.From two aspects of the same construction area of different area ratio and the same area ratio of different construction area,the minimum annual value of unit area cost in the life cycle is the goal,from two aspects of energy saving and economy,the solar ground-source heat pump system and the water chiller+gas boiler system(conventional energy system)were compared and analyzed.Energy efficiency research show that the solar energy-ground source heat pump system in the study of primary energy ratio are higher than conventional energy systems.When the area ratio of building system is 0.2,the construction area is 2000m~2,its energy ratio is at a minimum of 0.93,which is 11%higher than that of the conventional energy system;5000m~2 building energy ratio is 1.15,27%higher than the conventional energy system,energy saving is the best;In terms of construction system which the construction area of 10000m~2,area ratio of 0.11,0.2 and 0.33,with the increase in area ratio,the better the energy saving.Economic research show that the area ratio is 0.2,in 2000m~2 of construction,the annual cost of the solar ground-source heat pump system is 0.8%higher than that of the conventional energy system,in 5000m~2 of construction,the annual cost of the solar ground-source heat pump system is 3.1%lower than that of the conventional energy system,when the construction area is less than 2000m~2,the solar ground-source heat pump system is no longer applicable.Seeing from the trend of change,with the increase in building area,solar ground-source heat pump system will be more applicable.For construction systems with construction area of 10000 m~2 and a area ratio of 0.11,0.2 and 0.33,the annual cost of the solar ground-source heat pump system is 6.5%,4.7%and 5.9%lower than that of the conventional energy system.Seeing from the trend,when the area ratio is greater than0.33 or less than 0.11,as compared to the annual cost of conventional energy systems,the percentage reduction in the annual cost of solar ground-source heat pump systems may also increase,solar ground-source heat pump system is more applicable.
