Simulation And Analysis Of Multi Neuron Connection Circuit Based On The Mechanism Of Synaptic Plasticity

With the development of science elevant theoretical research of artificial neural network lag in clinical practice,need more ideas and methods to explore the real neural network.Based on the understanding of the biological characteristics of neurons,with synaptic plasticity,based on STDP(Spike Timing Dependent Plasticity,STDP)the mechanism of neuron connection circuit,which has the features of real neural network,is an important task in the research of artificial neural network.The hardware circuit of the artificial neural network is relatively backward in the software system,the hardware circuit can not only give full play to the neural network parallel processing characteristics in various projects,and promote the further development of basic research in neurology.In the present study,the IF(Integrate-and-Fire,IF)neuron model is chosen as the core,and the effect of STDP mechanism on the multi neuron connection circuit is studied:1,The IF neuron model based on the premise of ensuring the structural and functional integrity under the given parameters and simulation analysis,the experimental results show that the IF neural circuit has the characteristics and rules of real neurons,the simulation effect is good.2,According to the basic principle of synapses and synaptic plasticity of the concept and mechanism of action,then the learning algorithm based on STDP,four different functional modules were designed using Multisim13 software(bistable circuit module,STDP circuit module,a current mirror integration module,short-term suppression module)to build the mechanism of STDP circuit,as far as possible the use of components the most simple circuit structure.3,Selection circuit IF neuron model and STDP mechanism in the construction of the following three categories: circuit with STDP circuit and mechanism of presynaptic postsynaptic neuron design in a neuron connection circuit;STDP circuit two mechanism of presynaptic neurons and postsynaptic neurons to design two neurons connecting circuit using STDP circuit three mechanism;a presynaptic neuron and postsynaptic neurons on a design for the three neurons connecting circuit.Change the voltage value of the circuit module,observe the changes of action potential at the moment of the interference of the weight of the synapse,and analyze the effect of the STDP mechanism on the discharge characteristics of the multi neuron connection circuit.
