With the development of new energy technology,more and more distributed Distributed is incorporated into the power grid.Due to the large number of new energy sources,the topology structure and power flow of the original grid are changed.The power supply of the new energy sources is uncertain,and the power flow distribution becomes random and complex.Classical power flow calculation method has been unable to meet the requirements of the current power system.So how to calculate the power flow with distributed generation has become a hot issue.This paper first describes the types of distributed power supply and the characteristics and development of the distributed power supply.The effects of DG on distribution network planning,operation and power flow distribution are introduced in this paper.Four mathematical models of wind power generation,solar power generation,fuel cell and micro gas turbine are described in detail.And combined with the mathematical model of the load to build a complete set of distribution network power flow distribution simulation of the flow calculation model.Secondly,it introduces the characteristics of the classic power flow algorithm and its development process.Then the concept of probabilistic power flow algorithm is introduced,and the three most commonly used probabilistic power flow algorithms are described,which are the analytical method,simulation method,and the approximate method.In the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used algorithms and combined with previous studies of this problem,this paper proposes a new random power flow algorithm based on the heuristic algorithm of the Empire competition algorithm.And the flow of the algorithm and its application in the calculation of power flow distribution are introduced in detail.Finally,the simulation model based on IEEE standard 33 node is built.Comparing the test results with the calculation of the power flow distribution using Monte Carlo method,it can be seen that the error of the two errors can be ignored.But its speed is greatly improved.So it can be proved that the proposed method is a practical and efficient algorithm for random power flow.
