Research On Electromagnetic Design Method Of 10kV Oil-immersed Distribution Transformer Based On Expert System

10kV oil-immersed distribution transformer as an important hub equipment in the power system operation link,is widely used in power plants,substations and other places need to change the voltage grade.Transformer optimization design is a complex multivariable nonlinear problem and the design process relies heavily on the expert's knowledge and experience.So the level of the design of the transformer will be certainly improved if we apply the rich knowledge and experience of excellent designers to the optimization design.So this topic research has the vital significance.This article is divided into three parts to introduce the research on electromagnetic optimization design method of 10 kv oil-immersed distribution transformer based on Expert system.Firstly,this paper expounds the background and significance of the research,introduces the commonly used transformer electromagnetic optimization design method and its existing problems,the applications of expert system,the advantages of the expert system compared with human experts and traditional computer software,determines the importance of electromagnetic transformer optimization design using the method of expert system.Secondly,this paper narrates the process of the electromagnetic optimization design based on expert system in detail on the premise of introducing the design basis.It includes that using the method of weighted grey target theory to determine the initial solution by comparing the basic principle,the implementation process,the decision results of the weighted grey target theory and fuzzy theory,using database technology combined with production representation method to establish the knowledge base by introducing the extraction process of the knowledge and the data structure of knowledge base,using uncertainty reasoning method based on reliability to design reasoning machine by introducing the control strategy of reasoning machine,conflict strategy,uncertainty reasoning model,using the technology of searching the database to complete the explanation machine design,and so on.Finally,the electromagnetic optimization design by 10 kv oil-immersed distribution transformer in different capacity is demonstrated and the results are analyzed systematically on the premise of understanding overall design of the system,the system development tool,analyzing the content of the main interface of the system and knowing the methods of using it.This all proves the necessity of this topic research.
