With the development of Chinese economy,dump trucks and heavy machinery market demand is growing,which drove the market demand for the fittings.For example,hydraulic oil tank is one of its key fittings.But the mode of production is backward and the production equipment of the hydraulic oil tank is still in the manual or semi-automatic level,so the hydraulic oil tank far cannot satisfy the demand of the market.So the automated and efficient mode of production is the inevitable developing trend of hydraulic oil tank production.Enterprises urgently need the automation equipment to improve productivity for meeting the market demand.Nevertheless the hydraulic oil tank coaming automation production equipment is particularly important in the process of the hydraulic oil tank production.In order to develop automatic production equipment for hydraulic oil tank coaming,the paper researched the hydraulic tank coaming automation production plan,technological parameters,the key structure and the finite element simulation.1)The paper established a model of the hydraulic oil tank coaming molding equipment based on the theory of conflict analysis in TRIZ theory.I found the problem in the mode.Basing on the theory of conflict solving,the problem was described by engineering parameters.Those engineering parameters were used in conflict matrix to find the invention principle for soving problems,which was applied to structure optimization.And then the paper proposed the scheme of the hydraulic tank coaming automatic to improve production efficiency.2)The paper researched sheet metal forming process based on the theory of metal plastic forming.According to the plastic condition,the plane strain condition and the differential equilibrium conditions in sheet metal forming process,the stress and strain mathematical model was set up.The plastic forming bending springback rule was be found on the basis of the principle of sheet metal unloading rule.And then,the hydraulic oil tank production process parameters was formulated based on rule.3)The design points including of roll bending deflection and the control of weld quality was proposed through analyzing the process of sheet metal forming.The paper set up mathematical model of the roll bending deflection based on small deformation overlaying of the material mechanics.The smallest size of bending roller whose deflection was getting by using the method of workbench simulation optimization.According to the scheme of hydraulic tank coaming molding machine components and the structure characteristics,I carried out the calculation of component selection,the action time planning and performance index calculation.4)I used ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to simulate the hydraulic tank coaming forming process on the basis of show implicit finite element algorithm.By analyzing the stress and displacement in the process of sheet metal deformation and bending roll strain,the results show that the machine of The hydraulic oil tank coaming scheme design is reasonable and the structure is reliable.
