With the rapid development of China’s engineering construction and the gradual decline in the construction land,high-rise buildings have increased rapidly,so pile foundation has been applied more and more broadly.Pile foundation has become a quite important basic form in China’s engineering construction.Accurate and reliable testing of the construction quality for a foundation pile is the foundation and key to ensure the smooth construction of the project.Moreover,the integrity of the pile and the safety of the project have a correlation.Limited by the existing technological level,most of traditional pile detection equipments have problems,such as complicated wiring,inconvenient operation,over-dependence on manpower and high costs.Worse still,most of existing foundation pile information detection systems have not realized the real sense of safety,intelligence and convenience.Based on the above analysis,a new information detection system for wireless foundation piles has been designed and developed.After introducing the research background,the main contents and innovations of the system,the detailed development process of the system is introduced.First of all,the Altium Designer platform,Keil C51/ARM platform,LabWindows/CVI platform,433 M wireless communication technology and star wireless networking design were adopted,and the data structure and algorithm was combined for the system.Secondly,the hardware terminal of the system is designed.The hardware terminal includes a displacement data set terminal,an oil pressure data acquisition terminal and a data storage terminal.The displacement data acquisition terminal converts the voltage signal output by the displacement sensor into a digital signal.And the oil pressure data acquisition terminal converts the voltage signal output by the oil pressure sensor into a digital signal.The data storage terminal uses the 433 M star wireless network to regularly inquire data about displacement and oil pressured collected and store the date in the memory.Lastly,the data is unloaded to a USB flash drive through the USB interface.Thirdly,the hardware programming for the system is implemented.The hardware programming is mainly composed of three parts: interface programming,keyprogramming and menu programming.In the part of interface programming,the programming of the 433 M wireless network interface,USB interface,upgrade port and sensor port is realized;in the part of key programming,the programming of the hardware direction key and the functional key is implemented;in the part of menu programming,the engineering menu,file menu and data copy menu are programmed.Fourthly,the LabWindows/CVI platform is based to design the software system.The software system has four modules: parameter management,file management,form management and icon management.In this thesis,a requirement analysis,a general design and a detailed design are made of each module,to design software with an attractive interface,convenient operation and complete functions.Finally,a platform is built on site to launch a module and overall testing of the hardware and software.Testing results show that the system can run stably and meet acceptance standards.The system is safe and portable,easy-to-operate and control,accurate in data detection and user-friendly in its interface.Moreover,this system has functions of data setting,transmission,storage,processing and display,solves the complicated wiring and inconvenient operation and other problems of traditional foundation pile information detection equipments,and provides an effective solution for practical applications.
