With the rapid development of China's automobile industry,the function of the vehicle has become diverse,The user's performance requirements for vehicle ride comfort and handling stability are also increasing.However,shock absorbers have a crucial impact on these performances.The performance of the shock absorber is reflected by its damping characteristics,so the damping characteristic is an important index in the design.However,the design level of shock absorber is still low in our country,and the traditional test method needs a great deal of time.Therefore,the simulation research of damping characteristics of vibration absorber has become a very important research topic.At present,hydraulic shock absorber is widely used in vehicles.This type of vibration absorber has the advantages of small size,simple structure and relatively stable damping force.The damping force characteristic is usually caused by external characterization,namely through the shaking table tests at different frequency levels using sinusoidal excitation amplitude fixed as input,the damping force of shock absorber damping force-displacement curve and the velocity curve of the corresponding frequency.However,it is difficult to find the quantitative relationship between the damping characteristics and the components of the shock absorber.Therefore,if you want to make it more suitable to optimize the vehicle of the damper,it need to adjust many parameters in one or more parameters,also need a lot of tests,if blindly adjust one of the parameters to test the performance of shock absorber is adjusted very may not meet expectations again,must be adjusted,the test workload is huge.It is necessary to establish a set of simulation calculation in theory,change the parameters of shock absorber through the calculated damping characteristics,not only can reduce the workload and cost saving,but alsohas the reference value to design and test.This paper is divided into four parts: fluid solid coupling simulation analysis,mathematical model simulation analysis,key valve system design and test debugging method.Firstly,the finite element analysis model is established for vehicle hydraulic shock absorber,on the basis of fluid structure coupling theory,simulation analysis of liquid solid finite element model by using ADINA software,the damping force velocity characteristics of the hydraulic shock absorber are obtained,which provides a reference for the optimal design of the damping characteristics of shock absorber.At the same time,in order to study the influence of the size deviation of component parameters on the damping characteristics,the parameter size is changed according to the deviation range and the finite element model is re established.Then,by comparing the results with the previous simulation results,it is concluded that the fluid structure coupling simulation method can not effectively analyze the sensitivity of the component parameter deviation to the damping characteristics..Secondly,the mathematical model is established and the simulation analysis is carried out.At the same time,taking the deviation value of the parts size as the research object,the influence factors of the relevant damping force are analyzed and determined,and the reliability of the damper performance is further improved.In addition,the mathematical model simulation results and fluid solid coupling analysis results are compared and analyzed,and the simulation accuracy difference and their respective performance characteristics are obtained.Thirdly,the key valve parts of the shock absorber are designed,and the shock absorber installed in the valve system is analyzed and tested.At the same time,the structure and working principle of the shock absorber are expounded,and the simulation analysis method is used to study thevibration absorber,and the accuracy of the mathematical model is obtained by comparing with the experimental results.At the same time,the corresponding curve of the angle of the damper adjusting knob and the output damping force is obtained by using the test results of the variable damping shock absorber.In addition,the damping valve core of the shock absorber is calculated and designed to meet the requirements of the damping force of different shock absorbers.Then,in order to obtain the shock absorber damping performance and service life better,the injection quantity calculation and analysis theory;at the same time,combined with the actual situation of shock absorber test,to study the debugging method of test of shock absorber,shock absorber test guide subsequent debug process.Finally,this paper has done research on hydraulic shock absorber are summarized,pointed out the innovation,including the simulation of fluid solid coupling analysis method and mathematical model of adjustable damping shock absorber valve key system design,and finally put forward the outlook for further study.
